Specialist Electrical Planning Specialist electrical planning for the Lindenschule in 65329 Hohenstein-Breithardt ELT - SCOPE OF SERVICES - Technical equipment - ELT system group, § 55 HOAI, basic services pursuant to Annex 15 (§ 56 HOAI 2021) System groups covered: - AG 4 - High-voltage installations (KG 440) - AG 5 - Telecommunications and information technology installations (KG 450) - AG 6 - Conveying systems / elevator system (KG 460) → Elevator planning is part of the specialist ELT planning - Fee calculation separately for each system group pursuant to HOAI SERVICE PHASES - LPH 1-9 (basic evaluation through to property supervision / documentation) - Phased commissioning: initially LPH 1-4; further commissioning for LPH 5-9 reserved FEE RATE - HOAI 2021 (fee tables as guidance); fee freely negotiable SPECIAL SERVICES / ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS - Existing-condition survey; assessment of the expandability of existing systems - Safety technology (ELA / BMA): assessment and anticipated replacement based on the new fire protection concept - Data network / information technology installations, tailored to the requirements of a special-needs school - Power supply for digital boards (in each classroom), kitchenettes, care equipment, ceiling lifts / rail system - Lighting: glare-free, dimmable, independent zone control (needs of bedridden and autistic pupils) - Elevator planning KG 460: elevator suitable for beds in the new stair tower, barrier-free access to all floors (DIN 18040-1) - CAFM documentation in accordance with the CAFM specifications (by the end of LPH 8 / acceptance for use) - Coordination with the existing structure (built in 1986, solid construction): shafts, lines, connection points Procedure: open.
