Opportunity description

HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (hereinafter HOWOGE) is planning the renovation and expansion of the B.-Traven-Gemeinschaftsschule (BTG) on the 23,640 m² construction site at Recklinghauser Weg 26 in the Berlin-Spandau district. The services to be awarded concern construction-accompanying construction controlling by an expert. The services to be awarded concern construction-accompanying construction controlling by an expert as overarching quality assurance in the interests of HOWOGE as the client and future landlord of the BTG school complex to be renovated and/or expanded, and in the interests of the Spandau District Office of Berlin as the future tenant of the school complex. The scope of services comprises construction-accompanying construction controlling for the components to be demolished, for the renovation of three existing components and the expansion by three new components, the construction of an interim facility, the construction of the interim outdoor facilities, and the final outdoor facilities while the school remains in operation.
