Preparation of a land use plan The City of Bernburg (Saale), with the districts of Aderstedt, Baalberge, Biendorf, Gröna, Peißen, Poley, Preußlitz and Wohlsdorf and a municipal area of 11,355 ha, intends to prepare a new land use plan pursuant to Section 5 of the German Building Code, together with an associated environmental report. The scope of services is determined in accordance with the HOAI (Ordinance on Fees for Architectural and Engineering Services). Older land use plans exist for most of the municipal area and must be taken into account: https://www.bernburg.de/de/flaechennutzungsplaene-bbg.html In addition to the landscape plan currently being prepared, the other existing framework plans of the City of Bernburg (Saale) must be taken into account: https://www.bernburg.de/de/rahmenplaene.html Based on an analysis of the existing situation and a forecast of future settlement development to be carried out, the land use plan is intended to determine the corresponding demand for residential building land and commercial areas. In addition, higher-level plans are to be presented, or sectoral plans at state or federal level that affect the development of the municipality (e.g. transport plans) are to be incorporated for information purposes.
