Planning services for the construction of the new two-court sports hall at the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg, Ludwig-Reinhard-Straße in 19258 Boizenburg, pursuant to HOAI 2021 Part 4 Specialist Planning, Section 2 Technical Equipment, system groups 4+5, service phases 1-4, service phases 5-8 optional (staged contract). A new two-court sports hall is to be built on the vacant site in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg. It is intended to be usable both by the pupils of the Gymnasium and by those of the neighboring special school specializing in intellectual development. Corresponding sanitary facilities and changing rooms are also to be included in the planning. As part of service phase 1, a comparison of alternatives is also to be prepared in order to determine the best construction method, also taking into account resilience, cost-effectiveness, durability and energy efficiency.
