Planning services for the construction of the new two-court sports hall for the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg, Ludwig-Reinhard-Straße in 19258 Boizenburg, pursuant to HOAI 2021 Part 4 Specialist Planning, Section 2 Technical Equipment, System Groups 1-3, Service Phases 1-4, Service Phases 5-8 optional (staged contract). A new two-court sports hall is to be built on the open site in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg. It is intended to be available for use both by the Gymnasium’s students and by the neighboring special school focusing on intellectual development. Corresponding sanitary facilities and changing rooms must also be included in the planning. During Service Phase 1, a comparison of alternatives is also to be prepared in order to determine the best construction method, also taking into account resilience, cost-effectiveness, durability and energy efficiency.
