Singerstr. construction project with one building – Langestr. construction project with two buildings. The contracting authority has awarded the turnkey construction of the overall project, including all planning and engineering services for both construction projects, to one general contractor (TÜ) for each project. The provision and coordination of all required services (planning and execution) is part of the general contractor engagement. The Singerstr. construction project will be commissioned directly; the delayed Langestr. construction project may optionally be commissioned as the third stage. The contractor is to provide partial services of Service Phase 8 (based on the service phases of the HOAI), tailored to the existing preliminary work and the general contractor award.
