The workshop is located within the area covered by the "Denkmalbereich Innenstadt" statute. It is not subject to monument protection, but it is subject to ensemble protection. The institute building at the rear, connected via a corridor, is fully protected as a monument. Task: Checking the structural design in accordance with § 12 SV-VO.
