Opportunity description

Planning services for the new construction of the two-court sports hall of the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg, Ludwig-Reinhard-Straße in 19258 Boizenburg, pursuant to HOAI 2021 Annex 1, Section 1.2 Building Physics, Building Acoustics and Room Acoustics, service phases 1-4, service phases 5-7 optional (phased contract). A new two-court sports hall is to be built on the open site in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg. It is intended to be available for use both by the pupils of the Gymnasium and by those of the neighboring special-needs school with a focus on intellectual development. Appropriate sanitary facilities and changing rooms are also to be included in the planning. As part of service phase 1, a comparison of alternatives is also to be prepared in order to determine the best construction method, also taking into account resilience, cost-effectiveness, longevity and energy efficiency.
