Opportunity description

Extension and general renovation of the Giechburg School, Private Special Educational Support Center Scheßlitz. Extension building, gross volume approx. 13,300 m³; general renovation with construction of pitched roofs, gross volume approx. 11,000 m³; renovation of the caretaker's residence, gross volume approx. 820 m³; special services as part of site supervision. Based on the design planning already available (service phase 3 according to HOAI), it can be assumed for implementation that at least 2 construction phases must be formed: 1st construction phase: construction of the extension building; 2nd construction phase: renovation of the existing school, possibly in sections, including construction of pitched roofs, and renovation of the caretaker's residence including construction of a pitched roof. Total costs according to the cost calculation approx. EUR 23.5 gross (cost groups 200–700). Continuation of structural engineering from service phase 4, HOAI, based on the design planning already prepared for the extension and general renovation of the Giechburg School in 96110 Scheßlitz.
