Opportunity description
Replacement new building "Institute of Molecular Biology (ImBIG)" as a multifunctional laboratory building for Friedrich Wilhelm University of Bonn with S1 and S2 laboratories. Project description: In the course of an approved change of variant, ImBIG is being planned as a replacement new building (ENB) on a vacant plot on the Poppelsdorf campus. A competition was announced in advance for this purpose. In the course of the planned measure, space will be optimized from various properties and consolidated within the Biology Department. In total, users from 5 buildings will move into the new building. In the process, spaces will be consolidated and considerable synergy effects achieved. According to the current status, the building is to be constructed using a timber-hybrid construction method. Planning results from the competition are described below. The vibration behavior requirements sought by the university must be taken into account and are to be clarified as early as the initial planning phase. Specialist building physics planning services (thermal protection, room acoustics, building acoustics) Procedure: restricted. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
