Elbkinder Vereinigung Hamburger Kitas gGmbH is a privately organized, non-profit company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg which, as the city's largest daycare provider, ensures early childhood education with 177 daycare centers and approximately 7,300 employees for approximately 32,000 children. With this call for tenders, Elbkinder Vereinigung Hamburger Kitas gGmbH is procuring building design services for service phases 1 to 9 in accordance with the current HOAI for the property at Spitzbergenweg 40, 22145 Hamburg. The Spitzbergenweg daycare center is a one- or two-story building/solid construction that is fully basemented (full basement and crawl space) and has a gross floor area of approximately 2,006 m². The building (constructed in 1969/70) was extended with a parent-child center, which will not be part of the renovation, and was partially renovated. The daycare center is now to undergo comprehensive renovation, particularly with regard to energy efficiency and fire protection; a roof renovation is currently being carried out and will be completed by the start of the comprehensive renovation. The partial renovation of the outdoor facilities is planned as part of the energy-efficient renovation. At present, there are three nursery groups and three elementary groups, in which approximately 200 children are cared for. Scope of services: Building design services in accordance with HOAI (2021), service phases 1 to 9, commissioned in stages: a) Building and interior design services, basic services for service phases 2 to 9 pursuant to Section 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 Procedure: open.
