Opportunity description

Planning services for the new construction of the two-court sports hall of the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg, Ludwig-Reinhard-Straße in 19258 Boizenburg, in accordance with AHO Publication Series No. 17 "Services for fire protection under building regulations," version December 2022, service phases 1-4, service phases 5+8 optional (phased contract). A new two-court sports hall is to be built on the open site in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg. It is intended to be used both by the students of the Gymnasium and by the neighboring special school with a focus on intellectual development. Corresponding sanitary facilities and changing rooms are also to be included in the planning. As part of service phase 1, a comparison of variants is also to be prepared in order to determine the best construction method, also taking into account resilience, cost-effectiveness, durability and energy efficiency.
