Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – EU_KCM_Framework agreement for consulting services relating to general public transport issues in the years 2027-2028

Opportunity description

The subject matter of this framework agreement is the provision of external consulting services on all the subject areas exhaustively specified in Chapter 2.2 of the service description. The scope of the consulting services includes the preparation of scientifically substantiated analyses (in the form of expert opinions or memoranda, which are to be prepared within a processing period that—depending on the needs and requirements of the KCM—ranges from a few days to several months), participation in meetings and telephone conferences, as well as supplementary services, in particular the preparation, conduct and follow-up (evaluation) of committee meetings or workshops, including the associated work processes; where necessary, this also includes the service provider's processing of the findings obtained and their conversion into publication-ready texts and/or graphics that are easily understandable to a broader specialist audience.
