The subject of this procurement is building design services in connection with the conversion and extension of the Henry-Miller-Schule in Brackenheim. The project concerns the conversion and extension of the Henry-Miller-Schule in Brackenheim. The extension to the Henry-Miller-Schule was built in 1991 and, despite various refurbishment measures, no longer meets current energy requirements. The City of Brackenheim therefore intends to plan and construct a new building and to carry out conversion measures in the existing building. The tendered contract comprises: Basic services in accordance with Annex 10 to Section 34(4) HOAI; service phases 1 to 9, commissioned in stages, initially for service phases 1 to 4. Funding pursuant to the administrative regulation on school construction funding, VwV SchulBau BW, has been applied for in respect of the planned construction measure.
