Opportunity description

General planning in service phases 1-9 for buildings/interiors, outdoor facilities, engineering structures, transport facilities, structural planning, technical equipment (system groups 1-5+7+8), thermal building physics, fire protection. For kitchen modules for a VT (number of persons to be supplied) of 300, 600, 900, 1200, a binding planning specification is to be prepared in each case for kitchen modules for VT 300, 600, 900, 1200. The basis for this is the current approved fundamental infrastructure requirements (as of 2026), the space requirement plans and the kitchen modules VT 300, VT 600, VT 900 and VT 1200 (as of 07/2018). The 2018 kitchen modules specify the functional relationships of the workflows and the hygiene requirements regarding the separation between clean and unclean areas. The contractor grants the contracting authority all rights of use and modification to its planning results, particularly for the repeated use of these planning results for the implementation of further identical or similar construction projects (multiple use). +++ Using the kitchen module VT 900 and on the basis of an approved IPU for VT 600, a service building VT 900 is to be planned and constructed for the Panker Todendorf site. The service building in Panker Todendorf consists of three modules: disposal, dining hall and kitchen module. General planning services are to be provided with the following service profiles: +++ Project planning for buildings and interiors, service phases 2 to 9 and special services, in accordance with specific service obligations, +++ Specialist planning for technical equipment, system groups 1 to 5, 7, 8 (in particular also kitchen planning), service phases 2 to 9 (in part) and special services, in accordance with specific service obligations, +++ Specialist structural planning, service phases 1 to 6 and special services, in accordance with specific service obligations, +++ Project planning for engineering structures, service phases 2 to 9 and special services, in accordance with specific service obligations, +++ Project planning for transport facilities, service phases 2 to 9 and special services, in accordance with specific service obligations, +++ Project planning for outdoor facilities, service phases 2 to 9 and special services, in accordance with specific service obligations, +++ Fire protection planning consultancy, in accordance with specific service obligations, +++ Thermal building physics consultancy, in accordance with specific service obligations. +++ The replacement construction of a service building project is to be carried out using the BIM method for the building object and the specialist planning of technical equipment. Use cases are 030, 050, 060, 080, 180, 190 and 200 at Level 1, in accordance with AIA. Overall BIM coordination is the responsibility of the general planner. The basis is the specific service obligations in conjunction with HOAI 2021. +++ Details of the contract can be found in the project description, including annexes.
