Opportunity description

As a preparatory planning measure, a comprehensive structural assessment, including consideration of hazardous substances, divided into Stage I (concept) and Stage II (investigations, sampling), including consideration of hazardous substances, is to be awarded. The listed reception building comprises approximately 8,740 m² GFA, is in a condition requiring extensive to complete renovation, and has existing and impending vacancies. Comprehensive conversion and renovation work will be required to ensure continued use in the future. The building was constructed in 1946–54 on the foundations of the reception building destroyed in the war and was extensively converted at the end of the 1980s. The intended utilization concept essentially consists of: passenger amenities, food service/services, a comfortable waiting area, an accessible toilet, as well as Federal Police premises and office/conference use on the two upper floors. Optimization and expansion of the passenger route appears desirable and is to be examined in service phases 1 and 2. Procedure: neg-w-call.
