Opportunity description
Building design pursuant to § 34 HOAI, service phases 1-5, for the general refurbishment and expansion into an all-day-suitable 5-stream primary school with a double sports hall, cafeteria, THV apartment, House for Children 2-4-0, outdoor play areas and outdoor parking spaces at Hirschbergstr. 33, 80634 Munich, 9th city district, Munich Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. The listed school building was constructed from 1901-1903 using predominantly solid construction. In addition to the original building fabric, particular consideration must be given to war-related reconstruction measures, major water damage, numerous subsequent conversions and changes of use, contamination with hazardous substances, and fire safety deficiencies. A 3-storey pavilion will be constructed on the school grounds as a modular timber building, but it is not part of the contract. During the general refurbishment and expansion, the pavilion will serve as temporary accommodation for the primary school. According to the current status, the House for Children will be relocated to another site during the construction phase. Organizing the relocation is not part of the planning. A detailed task description can be found as a separate attachment.
