Opportunity description

Procurement of technical equipment services for the replacement new building and restructuring of the Pfarrer-Kneipp Primary and Secondary School in two (2) lots. The contracting authority intends to restructure the Pfarrer-Kneipp Primary and Secondary School in Bad Wörishofen. In the course of the restructuring, the "Old Gymnasium" in particular is to be demolished and a new building erected in its place. The restructuring will take place in 2 construction phases, construction phase 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "BA 1") and construction phase 2 (hereinafter also referred to as "BA 2"). The construction project is to be implemented with funding pursuant to Art. 10 BayFAG. The specialist planning services for the Technical Equipment (HLS) service profile for system groups 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8 of service phases 1 and 2 in accordance with the HOAI have already been provided. The subject of this procurement procedure is the procurement of technical equipment services for service phases (LPH) 3 to 9 of construction phase 1 and service phase 3 of construction phase 2 for the project "Replacement new building and restructuring of the Pfarrer-Kneipp Primary and Secondary School in Bad Wörishofen" in two (2) lots: a) Lot 1 - Technical Equipment HLS The subject of this procurement procedure is Technical Equipment, Heating / Ventilation / Sanitary (HLS) services in accordance with § 53 para. 2 HOAI 2021: Construction phase 1: - Service phases 3 to 9. - System groups: 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8.
