Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Preparation of an operational and organizational concept for the construction phase planning of construction stage 4 of University Medical Center Göttingen

Opportunity description

The scope of services comprises operational organizational planning for the preparation of the construction phase planning document for construction stage 4 (hereinafter referred to as BS 4 BAP), with the objective of submitting a document agreed upon with the users. Further information on the agreement of the Central Management, the companies, and the "Construction Stage 4" project can be found in document TNW_Anlage_01_Projektbeschreibung. Further services for preparing the construction phase planning will be undertaken by BauG UMG (see Table 1). Following submission of the BS 4 BAP to the umbrella company Bauvorhaben Hochschulmedizin Niedersachsen (DBHN), coordination may be required as part of the review of the document. Furthermore, even after successful submission of the BS 4 BAP, support may be required for unforeseeable consulting services relating to further process coordination, etc. The subject matter of the contract is therefore divided into two service packages, whereby the services of service package 2 will be commissioned optionally, particularly depending on and subject to eligibility for funding and in coordination with the respective requirements.
