Meiningen BAHNAREAL - Specialist Planning for Technical Equipment (TA), Focus on HLS As part of the HLS technology planning services, the Contractor shall prepare, inter alia, the necessary items that are manifestly connected with the objectives of the services stated above, including the required documentation and integrations or connections. - Dismantling of existing building-services installations that are no longer required; - Evaluation of the climate data or the existing indoor climate; - Renewal of HLS incl. / LTA (implementation of BSK) NOTE: For noise-protection reasons, for example, controlled room ventilation will be required (accommodation, offices). Here, the Contractor shall develop solutions based on the existing plans, comprising plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 7 (analogous to Section 53 HOAI) of the Technical Equipment. In connection with the above-mentioned specialist planning, the Contractor's services comprise all planning services required for this technical equipment. The Contractor is responsible for planning these installations and shall ensure the functional and technical prerequisites for the structural specifications as well as the required connections thereto. As part of the HLS technology planning services, the Contractor shall prepare, inter alia, the necessary items that are manifestly connected with the objectives of the services stated above, including the required documentation and integrations or connections. Accordingly, the following included services (IL), for example, must also be provided: purposeful use of experience gained from renovations; water supply / drainage; solar thermal energy / heat pump / PV; where applicable, alternative storage and heating systems vs. the adjacent district heating system; coordination with other specialist lots, third parties, etc. The planning bases are all objectives described in the competition documents. In addition to the aforementioned items, all Technical Equipment (TA) planning required in connection with the above-mentioned plant groups must be performed within and / or integrated into the PLANS.
