Opportunity description

The Municipality of Fronreute intends to award the structural planning services (LPH 1-6) pursuant to Section 51(1) HOAI 2021 for the extension and renovation of the town hall in Fronreute by means of a negotiated procedure with a call for competition. The commissioning is to take place in stages. In the first stage, LPH 1-4 are to be commissioned. If the planning and execution of the construction project continue, the contracting authority intends to call off further LPH (5-6). The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the commissioning to individual service phases or partial services of individual service stages, or to individual sections of the construction project.
