Südharz Klinikum - Building and interior design services for the reconstruction and preservation of functionality of the internal medicine intensive care unit a) The subject of this procurement is building and interior design services relating to construction phases 2 to 5. The basic services of service phases 3 to 9 of building and interior design in accordance with Annex 10 to the HOAI will be awarded in stages. (By contrast, the project planning for the 1st construction phase is – as already stated – not the subject of this procurement.) b) The following Special Services for building and interior design will also be awarded: - Selection and completion of the necessary forms in accordance with the Procurement Handbook (lump-sum fee – service phase 7 / service level 3), - Monitoring of defect rectification within the limitation period (time-based fee - service phase 9 / service level 3) c) In all other respects, reference is made to the draft contract (Part C of the procurement documents) regarding the scope of services and fee parameters. d) The anticipated service period for the entire building and interior design work is November 2026 to 2035 (with the additional inclusion of service phase 9 [= 4 years]. e) The specialist planning services will be awarded separately.
