Opportunity description

The Large District Town of Döbeln intends to construct a new school with a special educational focus on learning at the Ost Campus, with construction costs (KG 300+400) of approximately EUR 15.9 million gross. In accordance with the draft contract (see contractual conditions documents), the subject of the planned commission is specialist planning services for technical building equipment - ELT (system groups 4-5, 7 proportionally) pursuant to § 55 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 (LPH 1-9), as well as Special Services pursuant to the contract. The commission will be awarded in accordance with the contractual conditions (see contractual conditions documents). Upon completion of the negotiated procedure, service stage I: service phases 1-2 and Special Services will be commissioned contractually. The further service phases will each be called off separately in stages. If the advertised service phases 1-8 are commissioned, the contract is expected to end in 2032 (completion of LPH 8).
