Opportunity description

The Large District Town of Döbeln intends to construct a new school with a special focus on learning support at Campus Ost, with construction costs (cost groups 300+400) of approximately EUR 15.9 million gross. In accordance with the draft contract (see contractual terms documents), the subject of the planned contract is the specialist planning services for technical building equipment - HLS (system groups 1-3, 7, 8) pursuant to Sections 55 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 (service phases 1-9), as well as special services pursuant to the contract. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the contractual terms (see contractual terms documents). Upon completion of the negotiated procedure, service level I: service phases 1-2 and special services will be commissioned by contract. The subsequent service phases will each be called off separately in stages. If the tendered service phases 1-8 are commissioned, the contract is expected to end in 2032 (completion of service phase 8). Procedure: open.
