Opportunity description

The subject of this invitation to tender is the planning services for the construction and commissioning of a heat pump system (consisting of at least two individual heat pumps that use ammonia as the refrigerant) at the wastewater treatment plant, with a thermal output of approximately 15 MWth. This heat pump system extracts heat from the treated wastewater (clarified water) and feeds it into the heating network. For this measure, two structures with plant and instrumentation, control and electrical engineering equipment and a connecting source pipeline are to be constructed. Lot 1 - Technical building with heat pump systems, district heating plant equipment and instrumentation, control and electrical engineering equipment: The scope of services covers the basic services of service phases 5 to 8 pursuant to Sections 55 et seq. and Annex 15 HOAI for the plant and instrumentation, control and electrical engineering equipment, as well as building and structural planning for the technical building pursuant to Sections 34 et seq. and Annex 10 HOAI and Sections 51 et seq. and Annex 14 HOAI, as well as special services. Lot 2 - Source pipeline: The scope of services covers the basic services of service phases 5 to 8 pursuant to Sections 43 et seq., Engineering Structure, and Annex 12 for civil engineering and pipeline construction, as well as special services. Lot 3 - Extraction pumping station with plant equipment and instrumentation, control and electrical engineering equipment: The scope of services covers the basic services of service phases 5 to 8 pursuant to Sections 55 et seq. and Annex 15 HOAI for the plant and instrumentation, control and electrical engineering equipment, as well as building and structural planning for the extraction pumping station pursuant to Sections 43 et seq. and Annex 12 HOAI and Sections 51 et seq. and Annex 14 HOAI, as well as special services.
