To ensure the post-use standard and enhance the properties in Sondershausen, the owner, acting as project sponsor, intends to carry out the basic structural renovation of the “Petersenschacht” building complex. In particular, this concerns existing damage to the building structure (roof/façade), the underground utility lines, building foundations, and renovation of the windows. As an additional service, planning services are to be provided to ensure public safety at other buildings owned by LMBV. This concerns the locations Elbingerode, Rottleberode, Wimmelburg, Bischofferode and Wipperdorf. The scope of services pursuant to HOAI 2021 applies to the service profiles: - §34 Buildings and interiors (Annex 10, point 10.1 HOAI) - §43 Civil engineering structures (Annex 12, point 12.1 HOAI) - §51 Structural engineering (Annex 14, point 14.1 HOAI) Procedure: open.
