Opportunity description
The present construction project comprises the new construction of a total of two Digital Control Centers (DSZ), including technical equipment and preparation of the outdoor facilities at two independent locations. A DSZ is a standardized office building for controlling and monitoring operations on DB InfraGO AG’s railway infrastructure. Each of the planned buildings has a footprint measuring approx. 54.21 m in length and approx. 16.86 m in width. Four floors with a total height of approx. 23.10 m above ground level are planned. Inside the buildings, there is a technical area with a computer room and an operations area containing the control rooms and staff facilities for the train dispatchers. The technical equipment includes, in particular, electrical power installations (including LVMD, UPS system, emergency power system), ventilation and air-conditioning systems, building automation, and safety and security systems (including intrusion detection system, video surveillance, ISS, fire alarm system). The outdoor facilities are divided into the security area, including fencing around the building, and the facilities outside the security fence. Access routes, parking spaces, utility lines, and water supply and disposal systems will be constructed in the outdoor areas. Procedure: neg-w-call. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
