Based on a feasibility study, the Municipality of Nohfelden intends to carry out the conversion of the primary school at the Gonnesweiler location into a single-form-entry all-day school. Based on an initial cost estimate, the anticipated costs for cost groups 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700 amount to approximately EUR 4.4 million (gross). The subject of this procurement is building design services pursuant to § 34 HOAI (service phases 1–8). The new building is expected to be funded with public funds. The contracting authority reserves the right to commission individual service phases in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the award of all service phases. If service phases are called off, the contractor is obliged to provide the respective services. Procedure: neg-w-call.
