In accordance with the relevant requirements of the fire protection needs plan of the municipality of Nohfelden, a new Selbach-Neunkirchen/Nahe fire district was created, comprising the two formerly independent fire districts of the Nohfelden districts of Selbach and Neunkirchen/Nahe. This new fire district constitutes the western part of all Nohfelden fire districts. To accommodate this new fire district, a new fire station building is to be constructed on the residential street "An der Biermauer" in the conveniently located center of Selbach. This new building meets the modern current requirements for a modern fire station building. In addition to the three-bay vehicle hall, the gender-separated changing and wet rooms (incl. SW airlocks), and a training and social room, the central clothing store for all Nohfelden fire districts is to be accommodated in the new building complex. The planned "fire station building" complex comprises all necessary functional areas that must be maintained sustainably for this special use. In addition to the vehicle hall area with 3x parking bays, these are the changing areas with wet rooms and airlocks, the training and assembly room, the office and administration area, the clothing store required for carrying out supra-local tasks, and the storage area on the top floor. Based on an HU-Bau cost estimate, the anticipated costs for cost groups 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700 amount to approx. EUR 1.95 million (gross). The costs of cost group 700 amount to approx. EUR 410,000 (gross). The subject of this invitation to tender is the building project planning services pursuant to Section 34 HOAI (service phases 5-8). The new building is expected to be funded with public funds. The contracting authority reserves the right to commission individual service phases in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the assignment of all service phases. If service phases are called off, the contractor is obliged to provide the respective services. Procedure: neg-w-call.
