Opportunity description

The subject of this VgV procurement procedure is the selection of a general planner who will fully undertake and coordinate all planning and be responsible for its proper execution. General planning services are required, incorporating the following service profiles: "Project planning for buildings and interiors" pursuant to Section 34 in conjunction with Annex 10 of HOAI 2021 in service phases 1 to 9, plus special services. "Specialist planning for technical equipment" pursuant to Section 55 in conjunction with Annex 15 of HOAI 2021 in service phases 1 to 9 for system groups 1 to 5 & 8, plus special services. "Specialist structural planning" pursuant to Section 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 of HOAI 2021 in service phases 1 & 6, plus special services. "Building physics consulting services" in the service profiles "Thermal insulation and energy balancing", "Building acoustics" and "Room acoustics" pursuant to Annex 1.2 of HOAI in service phases 1–7. A phased commissioning of individual or multiple service phases is envisaged: 1st stage: service phases 1–4, 2nd stage: service phases 5–8, 3rd stage: service phase 9. A corresponding draft contract will be sent, together with the invitation to submit a tender, to applicants selected for the negotiated procedure. If no further service phases are commissioned after the first stage (service phase 4), there is no entitlement to additional remuneration. The contractor may not derive any increase in its fee from the phased commissioning of the contractual services, provided that the next stage is commissioned within one year after completion of the preceding stage.
