Opportunity description

It is intended to award the services in the name and on behalf of the Municipality of Nörvenich in an open procedure. The community primary school in the Eschweiler über Feld district (Municipality of Nörvenich) is to undergo energy-efficient renovation. Planning services in the specialist area of "Buildings and Interiors" pursuant to Sections 34 et seq. HOAI 2021, service phases 1–4, have already been provided. The subject of the procedure is planning services for the service profile "Buildings and Interiors" pursuant to Sections 34 et seq. HOAI 2021, service phases 5–9. The current building consists of an original building constructed in 1965. In 1994, this building was enlarged and subsequently extended by the addition of a gymnasium. In 2008, the main building was extended on the side with an annex known as the OGS. Today, this houses the dining hall and library. The building has a net floor area of 3,807 m2, a heated building volume of 9,738 m3, and an envelope area of 4,995 m2. Procedure: open.
