The Rostock-type school building, constructed in 1975, is used as a primary school with an attached after-school care center. In the 1990s, the school received new plastic windows and façade cladding with plastic panels (in the area of the spandrel panels) and ceramic panels (in the area of the windowless gable walls). Nothing is known about any interim renovation of the roof. The façade cladding is now worn out. The aim of the measure is therefore a comprehensive renovation of the building envelope: - Replacement of the windows, including sun protection - Replacement of the dilapidated façade cladding with an external thermal insulation composite system - Replacement of the roof waterproofing, including installation of fall protection Procedure: neg-w-call.
