Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Conversion and renovation of the operations building at the Langel wastewater treatment plant

Opportunity description

The operations building in Cologne-Langel, Alte Römerstraße 171, 50679 Cologne, is predominantly single-story, has a full basement, and was constructed in three structural sections separated by joints. In some areas, a mezzanine floor was installed for archive use, technical rooms, and sanitary facilities. On the northwest side is the separate stair tower with an elevator to the connecting corridor between the two digestion towers. In the basement, the utility ducts connect to the other operating facilities. The existing operations building was constructed in 1982 and converted in 1995. The aim of the measure is the refurbishment or renovation of all floors in the operations building. The operations building is also to be partially converted. For the project involving the conversion and renovation of the operations building at the Langel wastewater treatment plant, basic services pursuant to HOAI are required in the area of building design (building planning, pursuant to HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1, §§ 33–37). Services for service phases 1 through 9, including special services, will be awarded. Procedure: neg-w-call.
