Outdoor facilities planning is to be carried out as part of the extension of the annex at Gymnasium Adolfinum. In accordance with § 38 et seq. HOAI 2021, the basic services of service phases 1-9 are to be provided in object group 2 (site design without or with retaining structures in urban and local areas) and object group 4 (play and sports facilities in school grounds and playgrounds with opportunities for play and physical activity). The work is assigned to fee zone 4 at the basic fee rate. In addition, special services are to be provided. Procedure: neg-w-call.
