Service: Outdoor facilities planning, LPH: 2-9 Construction task: New construction of the arts and natural sciences wing with approx. 2000 m² NUF, modification of the roof structure of the connecting building with approx. 250 m² of roof area, renovation of the laboratory building, approx. 225 m² NRF, interim solution during the construction phase 3*4, classrooms + ancillary rooms, redesign of the outdoor facilities, approx. 800 m², cost ceiling: €29.66 million (gross, KG 200-600) Construction execution: 1st partial construction measure: hazardous materials remediation, demolition and excavation for the new laboratory building, construction of the interim building, relocation of the utilities 2nd partial construction measure: construction of the new laboratory building, modification of the roof structure of the connecting building, renovation of the old laboratory building The project will be implemented using the BIM planning methodology.
