Opportunity description

Düsseldorf University Hospital (abbreviated UKD) is constructing a new clinic building on the campus to accommodate the Dermatology and Ophthalmology Clinics. Furthermore, the new building will house a bone marrow transplantation clinic (inpatient and outpatient) as well as a geriatric department. The construction site is located within the campus grounds and is largely level, with minor differences in terrain elevation due to fills of up to 3 meters. The 5-story new reinforced-concrete building, with one basement level and a technical floor, has no above-ground connection to adjacent buildings. Underground, the structure will be connected to the automated goods transport system (AWT) and to various utilities via ducts. The commission includes participation in the award procedure, site supervision and construction supervision, including inspection of plants and materials, measurement and invoice verification, acceptance, defect monitoring, completion maintenance, final cost determination and documentation, as well as property support during the limitation periods.
