The construction of a new 3-form-entry primary school (a total of 12 classes for approximately 300 pupils) is planned, supplemented by after-school care for 225 pupils as part of a combined model, as well as a single-court gymnasium. The subject of the contract is landscape architectural services for the outdoor facilities. Services for the demolition of the existing buildings and preparation of the property, as well as general planning services (building design, structural engineering, technical equipment, etc.), will be awarded separately. A phased commissioning is planned. Stage 1 includes service phases 1 and 2; all subsequent service phases will be called off successively in individual stages. Deadlines Completion of service phase 2, cost estimate: 01/2027 Completion of service phase 3, cost calculation: 07/2027 Submission of building application: 08/2027 Start of construction of the overall project: 08/2028 Overall completion of the building with outdoor facilities: 09/2030 Procedure: neg-w-call.
