In the course of the renovation of Grundschule Ebstorf, temporary classrooms are required. These are to be created by means of a container facility to be erected by the contractor. The container facility consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. Overall dimensions of the combination: length x width x height approximately 25.00m x 15.50m x 6.00m plus approximately 12.50 m x 6.00 m (final expansion stage), clear room height approximately 2.50m, classroom size at least approximately 55-60 sqm (2 times) and approximately 70 sqm (4 times); extension: 2 x approximately 70 sqm (after approximately 18 months) Key equipment features: external sun protection in the form of external venetian blinds, double- or triple-pane insulating glazing made of thermal insulation glass, Ug value 1.1 W/m²K or better, canopy over main entrance, entrance landings with stairs, entrance ramp, external staircase as 2nd escape route from upper floor (steel staircase); heating installation: classrooms and technical room: electric wall convectors approximately 2.0 kW, wall-mounted, sanitary rooms: electric rapid heaters approximately 1.0 kW, wall-mounted; air conditioning with split air-conditioning units; lighting: The classrooms must be equipped with at least 500 LUX; escape route lights: self-contained battery lights 8W/3h, including cable-routing duct Container exterior lighting: floodlights, <= 30 W, central control via twilight switch and timer.
