Opportunity description

The subject matter of the procurement is the conclusion of a contract for the provision of services for the operation, provision, and further development of physical debit cards, optionally also virtual debit cards, for approximately 4,000 benefit recipients + web application/online portal/app, including operational services and support. During the performance period, the following services are to be provided by the contractor (AN), which meet the requirements pursuant to Chapters 2 and 3 of the service description: Overall system (non-optional): - Issuance of debit cards in the form of consumer debit cards • Provision and operation of physical and virtual debit cards (+ associated payment infrastructure) for approximately four thousand (4,000) card users, • Nationwide dispatch of cards in packages containing individual cards to various addresses. - Web application for card management for employees of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) and joint institutions (gE) • Setup and provision of a web application for BA and gE employees via browser, including operational services and support. - Online portal and app for card users • Provision of an online portal for card users, including operational services and support, • App (iOS and Android) for card users to view the "account balance" and use all other functions. Optionally also for use of the virtual debit card, including operational services and support. Other non-optional services: - Training/training materials for BA and gE employees Optional services: - Optional service quota A maximum quantity of 4,800 debit cards is set for price item 1.3 "Debit cards / price per card" of the schedule of services. This quantity constitutes the upper limit under public procurement law for use of the framework agreement and has no connection with estimated quantities used as a basis by the BA or budgetary funds envisaged by the BA.
