The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of a laboratory diagnostic equipment and reagent concept for immunohematological diagnostics in the Laboratory Medicine Department of Labor Berlin – Charité Vivantes GmbH and Labor Berlin – Charité Vivantes Services GmbH. The service includes, in particular, the provision of automated and manual equipment systems, including equipment peripherals, software/middleware, LIS/interface connectivity, reagents, consumables, quality controls, maintenance, repair and service services, as well as training at several laboratory sites of the contracting authorities. The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the delivery, provision and implementation of a laboratory diagnostic equipment and reagent concept for immunohematology in the Laboratory Medicine Department of Labor Berlin – Charité Vivantes GmbH and Labor Berlin – Charité Vivantes Services GmbH. The contractor must provide the contracting authorities with automated and manual equipment systems, including the necessary equipment peripherals, for processing immunohematological tests at various laboratory sites. The service includes, in particular, delivery, setup, installation, commissioning, interface connectivity, maintenance, servicing, repair, relocation during the contract term if required, and collection of the equipment systems after termination of the framework agreement. The equipment must be adapted to each site, based on requirements, designed to reduce staffing needs, and tailored to the respective spatial conditions of the contracting authorities. The systems to be provided are intended, in particular, for conducting immunohematological tests based on column agglutination. The scope of services includes, among other things, the equipment systems required for this purpose, manual workstations, control, data collection and evaluation software, any necessary middleware, interfaces to the respective laboratory information system and blood bank software, as well as all reagents, consumables, control and calibration materials, washing solutions, other solutions, and basic wear and spare parts required for reporting results. The framework agreement contains a ceiling/maximum limit for call-offs of €4,336,297.00 (net). The contracting authorities are under no obligation to purchase any specified minimum quantities.
