Opportunity description

The nature and scope of the services to be provided by both parties shall be determined by the contract award letter with all annexes (e.g. service description, drawings, sketches) and by the contract, and, insofar as the contract does not regulate a matter, by the statutory provisions. If the schedule of services provides optional items (alternative items) for alternative execution or contingency items (provisional items) for the execution of a service required only when needed, the contractor (AN) is obliged to perform the services described in these items when requested by the contracting authority (AG). As a rule, the contracting authority (AG) decides on the execution of optional items when awarding the contract and on the execution of contingency items after the contract has been awarded.
