Cleaning services The City of Neumarkt i.d.OPf is re-awarding the cleaning services for Pölling Primary School, 92318 Neumarkt i.d.OPf, effective 01.08.2026. The contract will be limited to 4 years, but may be extended twice by one year each time. The probationary period is 6 months. In addition to the ongoing daily maintenance cleaning (daily from Monday to Friday), the deep cleaning (once a year) and special cleaning, such as windows (twice a year) and the glass roof (once a year), will be requested in writing. For this building, we assume 190 cleaning days annually. The basic cleaning area is approximately 2,543.97 sqm. Extrapolated over the year, this results in an annual cleaning area of approximately 344,867.94 sqm. The participating companies must comply with the specified annual cleaning hours when calculating their bids. This minimum number of hours relates only to the ongoing maintenance cleaning (item 1) in the schedule of services. Procedure: open.
