Maintenance cleaning Lot 1, glass cleaning Lot 2 and exterior cleaning Lot 3 Lot 1 Maintenance cleaning: Maintenance cleaning for all properties in the bundle with a floor area of approx. 6,350 m² and a cleaning area from Monday to Friday of approx. 4,770 m². It should be noted that site visits are only possible no later than 3 days before the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders. Lot 2 Glass cleaning: Glass cleaning once annually for all properties in the bundle with an area of approx. 1,420 m². It should be noted that site visits are only possible no later than 3 days before the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders. Exterior cleaning Lot 3: Exterior cleaning for 5 properties in the bundle with a floor area of approx. 2,680 m², which are to be cleaned once a week.
