Cleaning services The City of Neumarkt i.d.OPf is newly awarding the cleaning services for Town Hall IV with Community Centre, 92318 Neumarkt i.d.OPf, from 01.08.2026. The contract will be limited to 3 years, but may be extended twice by one year each. The probationary period is 6 months. In addition to ongoing daily maintenance cleaning (daily from Monday to Friday), deep cleaning (once a year) and special cleaning, such as windows (twice a year), will be requested in writing. Some of the event rooms are also occupied on weekends, meaning that some of the areas must be cleaned 6 times a week and also every Monday. Due to the additional cleaning on Monday, we anticipate approximately 300 cleaning days annually. The basic cleaning area is approximately 1,664.85 sqm. Extrapolated over the year, this results in an annual cleaning area of approximately 376,838.56 sqm. The participating companies must adhere to the specified annual cleaning hours in their calculations. This minimum number of hours relates only to ongoing maintenance cleaning (item 1) in the specifications. Procedure: open.
