Cleaning, facility support, winter maintenance and glass-cleaning services for administrative, operational, customer, training and event properties of TWS Netz GmbH, Technische Werke Schussental GmbH & Co. KG, VBS Verkehrsbetriebe Schussental GmbH & Co. KG, AZS Ausbildungszentrum Schussental GmbH and Ravensburger Verkehrs- und Versorgungsbetriebe. The services include, in particular, routine cleaning, deep cleaning, partial and on-demand cleaning, facility support services, bus interior cleaning, match-day cleaning, coarse-dirt removal and outdoor cleaning, winter maintenance, as well as cleaning of glass, frames and, as needed, exterior blinds. The procurement is divided into six lots. The subject of the procurement is cleaning, facility support, winter maintenance and glass-cleaning services for a total of eleven properties in Ravensburg and Weingarten. The procurement is divided into six lots. Lots 1 to 4 and Lot 6 have an initial term from 01.01.2027 up to and including 31.12.2030. The contracting entities have two unilateral extension options of twelve months each, up to a maximum of 31.12.2032. Lot 5 covers winter maintenance for the four winter seasons 2027/2028, 2028/2029, 2029/2030 and 2030/2031. Extension options exist for the winter seasons 2031/2032 and 2032/2033. The total scope, including the individual buildings, rooms, areas, cleaning intervals, annual quantities, on-demand items and options, is set out in the specifications and the individual room calculations for Lots 1 to 6. The on-demand and deployment quantities specified therein are estimated and evaluation quantities; there is a minimum purchase obligation only insofar as this is expressly stipulated in the procurement documents.
