Maintenance cleaning at the waste-management sites of the Stade District. Interior cleaning comprises the cleaning and care of floors, walls, stairs, furniture, equipment, window sills, radiators, doors with frames, sanitary facilities, washing and shower facilities, interior glass surfaces, mirrors and stair railings. Interior cleaning is to be carried out at the following sites: AWZ Stade-Süd, AWZ Buxtehude, recycling centers in Wedel and Oldendorf, and the composting sites in Harsefeld, Horneburg and Sauensiek. The contract term begins on 01.01.2027 and ends on 31.12.2028. There is an option to extend it by a further two years until 31.12.2030, provided that neither contracting party terminates the contract by 31.03.2028. Procedure: open.
