In the Bavarian State Parliament, Maximilianeum, a complete refurbishment of the technical building equipment is taking place in the basement floors. New heating and refrigeration distributors, including pumps and other hydraulic peripherals, will be installed, and the supply via new pipelines to defined transfer points on the upper floor will be ensured. After switching the supply over to the new pump groups and pipelines, the old pipelines and hydraulic sections will be completely dismantled. Sanitary works for new shower and toilet facilities will be carried out on a small scale.
