Preparation of requirements and development planning with an organizational review and implementation support for the fire department of the state capital Wiesbaden The contract includes conducting an organizational review, preparing a forward-looking requirements and development plan and, subsequently, carrying out ongoing controlling with implementation support for the years 2028 to 2031. The overall measure is divided into two overarching projects: Project A: Requirements planning and organizational review Project B: Ongoing controlling and implementation support for the years 2028-2031 The procurement will be conducted in two stages: Stage I: Participation competition Stage II: Tender phase A maximum of three suitable applicants will be admitted to the tender procedure (Stage II). All correspondence, all presentations and the preparation of all necessary documents will be in German. Only applicants who can fully offer and provide all subprojects will be considered.
