Construction of a DN 2500 combined sewer overflow channel using a closed construction method by means of pipe jacking, a relief structure, as well as various access structures and an outlet structure Scope of the required work: Sewer construction work using a closed construction method - pipe jacking - 1110 m of DN 2500 pipe jacking in three sections, invert depths of up to 11.0 m Structures + pipelines - Construct 6 cast-in-place concrete structures (relief structure, access structures 1+2, drainage pumping station, outlet structure and outlet channel) - 790 m³ of concreting work (base, wall and roof concrete) - 2900 m² of formwork - 2 tangential manholes made of cast-in-place concrete and precast reinforced-concrete components - Install 700 m of cable conduits, including cable manholes Shoring work - Construct 7530 m of bored-pile walls made from DN 900–1500 bored piles (bored-pile lengths up to 24.0 m) - 600 m³ excavation-pit/underwater concrete base slabs - 850 m of micropiles (lengths up to 17.00 m) - 1230 m² of steel sheet-pile shoring (sheet lengths up to 18.00nn) - 630 m² of steel sheet-pile shoring in the watercourse (sheet lengths up to 13.50 m) - Main excavation pit - 190 m of grouted anchors/anchorages (anchor lengths up to 23.5 m) - 1500 m² of shoring for utility and sewer trenches (trench depths up to 6 m) Earthworks - 8060 m³ of soil excavation (pipe jacking) - 8650 m³ of soil excavation for excavation pits (excavation-pit depths up to 15.5 m) - 2500 m³ of soil excavation for sewer/utility trenches (trench depths up to 6.00 m) - 6390 m³ of backfilling for excavation pits and sewer/utility trenches - 48500 t of soil transport Surface works - Remove and replace 430 m³ of topsoil - Break up and restore 1220 m² of bituminous surfacing - Break up and restore 330 m² of water-bound base/wearing course - Remove and reinstall 840 m² of concrete or natural-stone paving and slabs Additional services: - Explosive ordnance clearance work - Traffic safety measures - Groundwater control measures - Demolition work - Wastewater control measures - Watercourse construction/hydraulic engineering work (in/on the Main) - Track construction work Procedure: open.
