Opportunity description

The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Government of Upper Bavaria, is responsible for operating the ANKER Upper Bavaria accommodation branch facility at Musenbergstraße 27, 81929 Munich. Residents are accommodated and provided for at the branch facility for a period of generally up to six months. The contracting authority commissions the contractor to provide catering in the form of a complete supply of food and beverages for the asylum seekers accommodated at the branch facility. Following a corresponding individual call-off, the contractor must also supply packed lunches. During the term of the contract, individual services included in the scope of services may be discontinued or subsequently increased again. The branch facility is a socially sensitive property. Particular consideration must be given to the special sensitivity of the duty of protection, the heightened public profile, and the particular circumstances involved in dealing with foreign refugees (e.g. language barriers, trauma, and differing mentalities and cultures).
